Many families have a care level that is actually too low because the application wasn't optimal or the situation has changed. You can request a review at any time. Submit an informal application to the Pflegekasse and prepare for the next appointment even more carefully. An upgrade can noticeably increase Pflegegeld.

If the application is rejected, you can file an objection. A Pflegestützpunkt or care advisor can support you with this.
