Basic, Smart, and Plus

Basic (2,450 euros/month, as of 2026): Companionship, household, and basic personal care. Good for lighter care needs (care level 1 or 2).

Smart (2,650 euros/month, as of 2026): The most popular model. More comprehensive care, more flexibility. Good for medium needs (care level 3 or 4).

Plus (2,950 euros/month, as of 2026): For intensive situations, such as dementia care or high physical care needs (care level 5).

In the app you book via direct placement: you search and complete the booking yourself. If you want the subscription model instead (CAIR organizes everything), contact CAIR Support. Not sure which model fits? Smart is a good starting point.
