When It Doesn't Work

Sometimes it turns out despite good preparation that it's not the right fit. This can have many reasons: personal chemistry, different expectations, or communication difficulties. That's not a failure. Address the problem directly and respectfully with the caregiver. If that doesn't help, contact CAIR support.

Sometimes an early change is the better solution. Use the experience to refine the profile and search more specifically next time.
