The most valuable thing on CAIR is a good, long-term collaboration with one or more reliable caregivers. This saves onboarding time, gives the care recipient security, and reduces effort for you.

Invest in the relationship: be reliable in communication, keep agreements, and show appreciation. Many caregivers are happy to return to households where they feel welcome. A good review after each assignment strengthens the mutual bond.
