The match percentage shows how well a profile fits the care recipient's profile. It considers things like care needs, location, language, experience, and availability. 80% or more? A good sign.

But lower values are worth a look too. Sometimes the lower value is due to a detail that's not that important to you. And the other way around: a high percentage isn't a guarantee. The personal connection matters just as much. That's why we always recommend a quick chat beforehand.
