From Search to Booking

At CAIR there are two ways to find a caregiver. First: you search the app yourself, find a suitable profile, and send a booking request. Second: you publish a request describing what you're looking for. Caregivers who feel it's a good fit apply to you.

You then see all applications, can compare profiles, and ask questions via chat. Once you've decided, you start the booking, review the cost overview, and complete payment. After that, everything is confirmed.
