How Does Matching Work?

The search starts with the details from the care recipient's profile. Location and care level are carried over as far as they are entered in the profile. If you switch to another profile on the home screen, the search follows. It shows 24-hour caregivers who are available in the selected period.

Use the filters to narrow it down further: care level, German skills, monthly budget, and the caregiver's gender. The profile shows whether a caregiver fits: experience, languages, and reviews from other families. Read the profile in full and use the chat to clarify open questions. Many families tell us that a short conversation before booking noticeably increases satisfaction.
