Understand Profiles

Each profile has three sections: Profile shows the self-description, languages, and experience. Details lists qualifications, availability, and special skills. And Ratings shows what other families have written.

Take your time with all three sections. Pay special attention to how the person describes themselves: does it sound personal and honest? Do they have experience with your situation? What do other families say? A good profile has a photo, a detailed description, and ratings.
