From choosing a caregiver to a confirmed booking – how the process works at CAIR.
Booking with CAIR is transparent and done in just a few steps. Here you'll learn how the process works.
Choose a caregiver
Compare the profiles of caregivers near you in the search. You'll see experience, languages, availability and the price per day.
Select a period
Pick the desired care period in the calendar. Note the minimum lead time of seven days – the first days are marked as unavailable in the calendar.
The displayed price includes the care service and the travel cost flat rate. There are no hidden costs.
Confirm the booking
Review the summary with the period, services and total price. When you complete the booking, your payment details are stored securely via our payment provider.
After confirmation you'll receive a booking overview by email and can chat directly with your caregiver.
