Change or Cancel a Booking

If something changes, contact CAIR support as early as possible. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to find a solution. For unforeseen events, such as hospitalization, we work flexibly with you. The exact cancellation conditions can be found in the booking overview.

Important: always inform the caregiver directly about changes too, so everyone is on the same page.
