Understand Payment

Once you've reviewed the booking summary, tap Book with obligation to pay. You'll see the total amount with all individual items one more time. Confirm with your stored payment method and you'll immediately receive a confirmation email. Nothing is charged at booking: billing happens in arrears, at the end of each month for the month that has passed and at the end of the care for the final days. You'll see the individual billing periods and their dates in the booking summary.

If the payment doesn't go through, check your payment details or contact support.
