Create your account
Download the CAIR app or open the website and tap Register. Choose Family as your account type, enter your name and set a password.
Use the email address you check regularly – important messages about your care arrangement are sent to this address.
Confirm your email
After registering, we send you an email with a confirmation link. Tap the link to activate your account.
No email received? Check your spam folder. You can request the confirmation again at any time in your account settings.
