What does your family expect from a caregiver? What are the absolute requirements and what would be nice but not essential? What can you offer the caregiver in terms of accommodation, surroundings, and working atmosphere? It's best to write your expectations down once.

This also helps when creating the request and during the first chat with applicants. The clearer you communicate, the better the applications will fit.
