How Does Payout Work?

For each billing period we transfer the payout amount to your registered account: what the family paid, minus the CAIR service fee of 15 percent of your care fee before VAT. No fee is charged on the travel costs. You can see the exact payout amount in the booking summary. Billing happens in arrears: at the end of each month for the month that has passed and at the end of the care for the final days; the payout follows once the family's payment has arrived.

Payouts are processed digitally and automatically. CAIR issues the invoice to the family in your name, so you do not have to write it yourself. For the withheld service fee you receive a service fee invoice from CAIR. You find both in the booking details, together with all the receipts you need for your tax return or accounting.
