If a payout doesn't arrive, first check if your IBAN is correctly registered. Sometimes transfers take a few business days, especially for international accounts.

For ongoing issues contact CAIR support with your booking number. We'll sort it out. Also check regularly if your bank details are still current, for example after switching accounts.
