Understand Profile Status

Your profile can have different statuses: Under review means our team is currently working on it. Public means families can find and book you. Not public means something is still missing or your profile was declined.

On your home screen you always see your current status and what to do next. If your profile is declined, you'll learn the reason and can address the missing points.
