Preferred Assignment Duration

In your profile you set how long your assignments should be: 2 to 4 weeks, 4 to 6 weeks, or 6 to 12 weeks. You can also select all periods if you're flexible.

Families see your preferred duration and the app considers it during matching. Shorter periods mean more frequent changes. Longer periods offer more stability. Both have advantages.
