New: CAIR Now Available on the Web
From July 2026, CAIR is also available as a web version. Families and caregivers can now use the platform directly in the browser, without installing an app. This makes CAIR available on all devices, alongside the mobile apps for iOS and Android.
The Market Launch: iOS and Android
CAIR launched in June 2025 with native apps for iOS and Android in Germany. Since then, families and caregivers have organized live-in care through the mobile applications, from searching and communication to contract processing. The web version complements this access without replacing it.
What the Web Version Offers
The web version brings the same platform to the browser. Families can search for suitable caregivers, view profiles and availability, and send inquiries. Caregivers manage their profile, availability, and communication directly in the browser. Anyone using the app on the go and the browser at their desk finds the same state on both.
Availability
The web version is available at cair-app.com from July 2026. It runs alongside the apps for iOS and Android. An existing CAIR account works across all points of access, with no need to register again.
Outlook
With the web version, CAIR becomes more independent of the device. Whether on a smartphone or a computer, everything stays in one place and always up to date. This further facilitates access for all parties involved, regardless of which device they are currently using.
