CAIR has entered into a partnership with ERGO Insurance to offer liability insurance coverage for caregivers providing care services arranged through the platform.

Insurance Coverage for Caregivers

The partnership with ERGO, a leading German insurer, provides liability coverage for caregivers during their care activities arranged through CAIR. The insurance coverage covers personal injury, property damage and financial loss up to €3 million per insured event that may occur during care activities and is automatically included in all care services arranged through CAIR.

Claims Processing

Claims can be reported directly through the CAIR platform. Processing is done in cooperation with ERGO, ensuring fast and professional handling.
