If problems arise during an assignment, first try to discuss it calmly and directly with the caregiver. Many situations arise from misunderstandings and can be resolved through conversation. If that doesn't help, write to CAIR support. We mediate and help find a good solution.

If the care recipient's safety is in danger, ensure their safety first and then immediately contact CAIR support. Your safety always comes first.
