Cancellation and Refund

If you need to cancel a booking, contact CAIR support as early as possible. The sooner, the better: the cancellation fee depends on how many days are left until the booking starts.

• Free cancellation: More than 30 days before booking start
• 10% cancellation fee: 8–30 days before booking start
• 30% cancellation fee: 7 days or fewer before booking start

You can see which tier applies to your booking before payment, in the booking overview under Cancellation policy. The terms of service are binding.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method, typically taking 5 to 10 business days. For special circumstances, such as hospitalization, we'll find a fair solution together.
