Cancellation and Refund

If you need to cancel a booking, contact CAIR support as early as possible. The sooner, the better. The exact conditions can be found in the terms of service. As a rule of thumb: cancellations more than 14 days before the start date have more favorable conditions.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method, typically taking 5 to 10 business days. For special circumstances, such as hospitalization, we'll find a fair solution together.
