Once a booking is confirmed, a group chat is automatically created. It includes you, the caregiver, and all family members who co-manage the profile.

The group chat is the central place for everything around the assignment: schedule changes, feedback, appointment coordination, and other organizational matters. This keeps all family members simultaneously informed, wherever they are.
