Personal advice on 24-hour live-in care
Most families who call us are facing this for the first time. That is why every care arrangement through CAIR starts with a conversation: we work out what is needed, what it costs and what the Pflegekasse (long-term care insurance fund) covers. The advice costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Available Mo-Fr 08:00 - 17:00 Uhr. We are happy to call you back too.
What happens in the call
We ask about the situation at home: the living arrangements, the Pflegegrad, what is needed day to day and from when. That shows which caregivers come into question at all and what monthly costs you should plan for. If CAIR is not the right fit, we will tell you.
How we choose caregivers
Every profile at CAIR is vetted. For a suggestion we look at language level, experience and additional qualifications in relation to what is needed, and at who is actually available from your preferred date. The earliest start is 7 days after booking.
If you would rather hand the organising over
If you like, we take over the selection, plan handovers ahead of time and arrange a replacement if someone drops out. Contract, documentation and billing then run through CAIR. The price stays the same: the caregiver's fee plus a 15 % service fee.
What we do not do
We are not a Pflegeberatung (statutory care counselling) under § 7a SGB XI and we do not replace legal or tax advice. On the Pflegegrad application and on tax questions we can help you make sense of things, but the decision is one you make with the responsible bodies.
What we take care of for you
From the first question to ongoing care: you decide how much you do yourself and what sits with us.
Talk to us
We get back to you personally and work through the numbers for your case, including what the Pflegekasse covers.
